FXSignalizr Updates

The FX Signal Generator (FXSignalizr) has been updated to the Google Android Marketplace.

We're running at version 1.2 now with a cleaner user interface.

Some of the updates include a complete rewrite of the selection code. Conversion of spinner controls to listView.

Additional update to the chart component. The chart for some reason was tiny before. It fits the screen now.
